They used to have a restaurant that was open late. It’s now permanently closed and only food options are to order delivery takeout. Had to switch rooms twice. First room had no heat and cold air. Second room had overflowing toilet. Breakfast was crappy grab’n’go.

We stayed in a superior view room with Terrace. The bed was uneven and uncomfortable. The terrace was not clean and had cups and old cigar. We were even blamed for having a cigar on the terrace and they tried to charge us a smokers fee. We had it resolved, however, cleanlines is a problem. The view was great as expected. By the way, a view of the world restaurant has been replaced and the current restaurant that replaced it, was another disappointment.

I stayed in the King Room with the corner view. Amazing bathroom with huge bathtub, lovely views, big bed felt very very clean. Staff was quick and professional. Place was very quiet, Location was near this cute mall. Felt very much as home. Felt very fancy.
