My experience was not pleasant from the moment we entered the rooms, it was too hot and I needed to open the windows to cool it down. The furniture is so old that the doors did not close. The bathtub would stagnate when you bathed. The water in the pool had so much Clorox that my daughters' hair was very damaged and dyed white. I asked for garbage bags and they never took them away. I only gave them 1 star because there are many interesting things nearby, but I will definitely never stay there again.

No breakfast included which was disappointing considering price of room
These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
This is situated close to O”Hare as well as the blue line which takes you into Chicago, though it’s a little bit of a walk to get to Cumberland station. Overall, the location was really good.
The room was perfectly reasonable, bathroom was clean and stylish.
Breakfast was perfectly ok though not exceptional. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and the food was surprisingly good, as was the service.
The gym had three running machines which worked well. There were some other equipment as well that I didn’t use.
The bed was like a cloud! and the room was stunning. Also used the gym which was very clean tidy and organised
Food in the main restaurant was up to a very good standard I like that you can see it being made
Beds were quite comfortable. Hotel is within walking distance from the O'Hare MMF, although it is not designed for pedestrians. You can buy some small snacks in the lobby, although the selection is quite unhealthy and prices of course exorbitant.
Well-designed and comfortable hotel, with a beautiful lobby, well-appointed and quiet rooms, and super comfy beds / Good breakfast with healthy options (and nice background music).
