United KingdomOur room was very clean, big and comfortable, as in the pictures. Very spacious bathroom and furniture and beds are well maintained, very recommended stay. Free parking space is appreciated and the staff at the check in/out and breakfast staff were very kind. However we encountered a very rude, unhelpful and unpolite man staff member at the reception probably working over the night shift (two different persons from our group talked to him independently in the early morning and felt misstreated). Apart from that, a great over night stay.

There was a wonderful bar where you could have a meal as well as a restaurant in the foyer of the station. The architecture was stunning. Our room was clean but small. However, the furniture was in good condition and made our stay comfortable. Location was great for Steam Town and downtown Scranton.
