The hotel is an extremely attractive renovation of the old Federal Reserve Bank building. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. The staff is friendly and helpful. We dined at The Fed for dinner twice and had breakfast in Grana. Both restaurants had great food and service. Grana is stunning. Perhaps one day they will offer dinner there in addition to breakfast and lunch. It’s a short ride to the airport and walk to South Station and very convenient to the financial district.

I stayed here for the Boston marathon. The location was central, close to Boston Common (15 minute walk) where the buses pick you up to take you to the start line in Hopkinton. There are many good restaurants closeby, with Chinatown a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
The room was clean and comfortable, with a strong shower. The WiFi was very strong. Breakfast was served in the pub next to the hotel (there is a door in the hotel reception which takes you into the pub). The breakfast was good, with multiple options and friendly staff.
I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Boston, particularly if you are running the Boston Marathon.

Check-in was smooth and efficient, and while I waited for my friend to arrive, I grabbed a drink at the hotel restaurant. The atmosphere was relaxing, and our waiter was excellent—attentive, friendly, and made a great cocktail recommendation.
These hotels offer something unique in terms of design and are usually set in a trendy, urban part of town. Blending high standards with a homey vibe, boutique hotels are more intimate than your average hotel.
Great location for walking to restaurants and shopping. So many options just a few feet away! Property is pretty and well designed in decorating. Rooms are small yet spacious in their own way. Markets themselves as high quality but needs tweaking. Shower was great although small in space. Valet was informative and helpful with parking!
Excellent B&B! The owner Steven was very welcoming and friendly. He was ready to answer any queries you might have. The room I stayed in was immaculately clean and had a lovely “boutique” feel. Very comfortable place to stay! Breakfast was good with a nice choice of different coffees. Well located close to the metro and had a good array of bars and restaurants literally just up the street. Highly recommended!
