Quite and close to home. I had a sleepover for my daughter 16th birthday! Rooms were nice, comfortable, and clean. Pool was smaller than I expected but they enjoyed themselves.

Nice location on the river; nice rooms that were quiet
These hotels offer something unique in terms of design and are usually set in a trendy, urban part of town. Blending high standards with a homey vibe, boutique hotels are more intimate than your average hotel.

The location was near to my conference only 10 min away
Everything is clean
Nice and quiet place
The bed is comfortable
Many thanks to the lady in front desk “ sorry to forget her name “ she was very helpful and respectful
The Pinner House is an absolutely beautifully appointed and comfortable bed and breakfast, with a interior designers eye for furnishings and decor. The grounds are also charming with a myriad of places to sit and read or chat, with even more bewitching spaces underneath the trees being constructed while we were there. The three girls we met working on the crepe van at different times were all super friendly too.
the very best accommodation I have ever been in!! the love for details and design, the perfect and functional interior, the thoughtfulness of the owners, the heart-warming spirit of hospitality- close, yet not too close - the breakfast, the beverage-selections, shortly said: everts blew me/is away! what a gem!! big thanks to Kris and Alan and Melanie
Lovely location with riverside views, plus you can walk into the historic centre of Suffolk from the hotel which is a big bonus. Very friendly staff, and comfortable rooms.
