Beautiful lobby, nice restaurant and bar, staff helpful and friendly, I liked the 24 hour shop which I heavily used. The swimming pool was nice and the gym was great too. The fact the gym was 24 hours was super helpful for me. Room was neat, big, stylish, great shower. I saw the mediocre reviews so I wasn't expecting a lot but I was very pleasantly surprised.

When I arrived, the front desk of the hotel told me the reservation from booking.com was cancelled. They had to rebook my reservation and charged for my stays at the front desk. Then my bank informed me later that booking.com charged me the amount of 3 nights, and the hotel charged me the amount of 3 nights, meaning I was double charged! How did this happen??
