I always love staying here. It’s the perfect location. It’s close to the mountains, hiking trails, great family owned restaurants and perfect routes to get anywhere. It’s about 15 minutes from downtown, so it’s close enough to go have a drink but far enough away from the riff raff 😂. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff is always so nice.

We were visiting our son at the University of Arizona it was the perfect location—just a short walk from campus. The hotel has a fun, modern vibe with plenty to do right in the lobby. We enjoyed the lobby bar and even played a few games of billiards.
The workout facility was well-equipped, and if the weather had been a bit warmer, we would have taken advantage of the pool. The outdoor patio was another highlight, with lots of seating and a great atmosphere for relaxing.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-designed, making for an enjoyable stay. Though we didn’t try the breakfast, it looked like a good option for a quick bite in the morning.

The breakfast was fine. The staff did a good job. The bed in our room was very comfy.
These hotels offer something unique in terms of design and are usually set in a trendy, urban part of town. Blending high standards with a homey vibe, boutique hotels are more intimate than your average hotel.
Loved the design and pool on the roof. Staff were friendly and seemed to like working there which is lovely. The dog kit they provide on check in was super cute.
im so glad I stumbled upon this unique place for the night. It was a more affordable option but exceeded my expectations. Great different vibe for a motel. lovely helpful staff. I had a long day of driving and didnt want to look for dinner but they had a delicious food truck which also exceeded my expectations. They also had a piano in the dinning area which was really nice to play. Breakfast was great with a homemade oatmeal and a large choice of toppings.
Lovely pool are. Decor of the room was nicely designed and all of a premium quality - appliances, bathroom fittings, furniture. In particular, the mattress, bed linen and pillows were some of the best we've had in a hotel.
Amazing price - $80 for one night stay in May inc. taxes.
We booked a King Suite and it was lovely, seperate bedroom , lounge and kitchenette, everything you needed to cook a meal was in the kitchenette and the suite was very stylishly decorated .Pool area was great , lots of parking , grocery store not far away . Help staff .
This hotel is quirky and charming. I am a fan of design--there is great attention to detail here, and what a great thing it is to stay in an independently owned hotel that really cares about what they are doing.
This is a cute design hotel with great attention to detail, which is rare for Tucson. Check-in employee Matt went out of his way to help with finding shuttles and getting the room ready.
super modern, motel style, design hotel with deco touches from the 60’s. we loved the groovy mood, the cool vibes and everybody’s smiles. super clean value for money in a city famous for its basic hotels. I would definitely come back without second thought. we extended our stay in town just because of the hotel.
