United StatesThe hotel is in a central location and easy to access the airport, Providence, and anywhere else in RI you are trying to visit. The former textile mill building has a cool history, and I'm glad it's been revitalized as a hotel, apartment, and business district. The staff that we interacted with were very kind and tried their best to make our stay enjoyable, even when a couple of things went wrong (see below). The room we reserved (the suite) was really great - clean, comfortable, and spacious. The cleaning folks were friendly, and cleaned nearly every day.
