always asked me if i want more toast, coffee etc at breakfast. really nice staff. location was good enough. offered umbrellas when raining. i would return.

Lovely location, facilities and great staff, foot massage was excellent, good breakfast. Expensive bar, evening meal lacked flavour which meant a dissppointing dining experience. Food much nicer in cafe/ bar across the road which we just ended up using

This place exceeded expectations. It's very opulent; from its grand entrance to the rooftop terraces that include a temple. Service is exceptional, especially the friendly face and greetings from the concierge, Van Duc. Our room was on the 12th floor, so we had no road noise, we had a lovely view from 2 big windows. The room was large and had all the facilities as described. The only negative comment would be that our AC was not very cool at all. This wasn't too much of an issue for our stay. The pool is beautiful but the gym is very poor. Breakfast is outstanding, and I had the best Pho here. This hotel is only 5 minutes from the train station with Grab and 20 minutes walk from the imperial city. We ate nearby each evening without any problems, and there are lovely bars nearby, too. Also, Atms and mini markets if needed. This hotel has to be no1 in Hue; just beautiful and very cheap too
