Horrible stay. Tv looks like a postage stamp. Upgrade before 4001! Pro shop the least friendly least helpful place I've ever been on earth. Ask them anything, even the time, and the answer is NO! It gets better.. check out when they are letting 500 people check in at the same time. You'll be treated like a common CRIMINAL. Email after Email demanding payment of less than the price of decent WINE. BALL BUSTING ASSHOLES.. and I remember when it was GREAT! NEVER EVER AGAIN !!!

Everything was wonderful Katherina and Andre were fabulous hosts that make you feel so welcomed. They try to assist with any requests so your stay is as comfortable as possible, they have such good local knowledge. The room, views, pool, beds, breakfast, and other facilities were great. Definitely recommend a stay.

Very spacious, has kids entertainment games, wifi, and feel more like home, bed very comfortable with clean linen and electric brankets we never felt cold or uncomfortable, although we didn't have a chance to sit in the braai spot due to weather but room 4 is very specious nice view and beautiful fish pond. Kids really enjoyed it and wanted to stay for more few days. Thanks Michelle and the board for a perfect hospitality.

Ainsley was top notch no matter what you needed or wanted to plan. No detail was too small for Ainsley to address personally. The cook was best in class, very accommodating and friendly. The staff maintained the Abalone perfectly.

This is an exceptional property and extremely well run by Celia, who is an incredibly warm host. The house is very tastefully decorated with several lounge areas and a roof top terrace. The staff provide a wonderful breakfast and the honor bar is very comprehensive. It is one of the best places we have stayed.

I have never been to a place that is kept this well , from the pay per use bar to the user friendly lobby with comfortable chairs and a great place to relax with the other guests and here about their travels and tell them about yours. The breakfast is all you could want and more “excellent” would be the way to describe the whole experience
