    We loved everything about this beautiful penthouse. The settings and views from the balcony are unmatched. The thoughtfully designed furnishings are lovely. The apartment has so much space with every attention to detail thought out. I couldn't believe how affordable it is. If I could give this place a 12 out of 10, I would.

    My stay at Kyasaj was absolutely exceptional. Jaap and his wife were both incredibly kind, attentive and welcoming and were available at all times for any questions, concerns or requests. The property itself is a gem with regards to its location and an interior designers dream if I do say so myself.

The views are stunning and only around 25min drive from Pretoria CBD. Huge living space. Loads of above and beyond touches in the furnishings, consumables, equipment and furniture.

    This Hotel is unique. a beautiful Home lovingly converted into a boutique Hotel, the antiques and decor of an adventurous life well lived across the globe fill its guest rooms as well as communal areas. we only staid one night but will be back for sure.
