She really made a difference with a personal touch and she was genuinely lovely. The Thai restaurant was unbelievable. Really amazing food and venue.

The breakfast and dinner (half board) were amazing! All the staff was super nice and helpful and the hotel facilities are very good! Very clean!

The room was very comfortable and spacious for two people. The staff was nice and helpful. The location is also convenient, city centre. Overall we’re satisfied and will recommend to others.

I want to thank the reception for the welcome... simply professional and amazing, the receptionist named Muhammad Shahin received us in a courteous and professional manner, explained everything to us properly, answered all questions, explained to us about the city and answered all questions, even those not related to the hotel and accompanied and explained everything :) Well done to Muhammad Shahin and the hotel. We really enjoyed ourselves as a family, and we will return to the hotel.
