The staff were the true highlight of my experience. Every single person, from the front desk to housekeeping, was not only professional but genuinely kind and attentive. They anticipated my needs without being intrusive, and it felt as though they truly cared about making my stay as comfortable as possible. It’s rare to encounter such warmth and attentiveness, and it made all the difference. The whole experience—from the beautiful surroundings to the exceptional staff—made for a stay that was not just a getaway, but a rejuvenating escape. I will definitely be returning.

Located in the upscale area of Al Hamra, Al Hamra Residence offers 143 spacious elegant rooms and suites on the Al Hamra beachfront adjacent to the 18-hole championship golf course. Great stay. We enjoyed the facilities. Beach was excellent for swimming & walking. The swimming pool was refreshing deep and clean.

Located on a private sandy beach in Ras Al Khaimah, The BM Beach Hotel brings together a timeless feel, modern amenities, and peerless service. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. We would like to particularly commend the receptionist, Mr. Angew, and the restaurant manager, Madam Kumari, for their hospitality and warm demeanor. We thoroughly enjoyed the serene ambience of the pool and beach areas. The all-inclusive package we opted for was well-curated and added to our delightful experience.
