Their professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met and that I had a comfortable stay. The facilities at the hotel were top-notch, and the room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The amenities provided exceeded my expectations, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the hotel. Perfect for price-quality balance. We were upgraded to a suite room, thus making our stay definitely amazing. Love the brand of their toiletries, the food was great, beach shuttle on the dot, staff amazing especially John at the reception and Ramza at the concierge who my 5-year son was fond of, the gym was well-equipped, etc.. They were prompt to answer issues like when I couldn't open my safe or the tv volume didn't work. I'll definitely give them a 5-star rating. Btw, the local people especially cab drivers call it Ramada 'Black' in order not to confuse with Ramada Corniche.
