The staff went above and beyond, always friendly and eager to assist with any request or question.What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the breathtaking view from my room – waking up to that stunning panorama was an experience I'll never forget. If you're visiting Berat, I can't recommend this hotel enough. It's the ideal base to explore this beautiful city, and I would absolutely stay here again!

It's about a 20 minute walk uphill to the fortress, and a 5 minute walk to the old part of Gorica. The old Ottoman-house feel was great. The breakfast on the terrace is probably the best in Berat and I would definitely return. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating.
