The guy working the front desk when we checked in was very helpful and polite. Our room was very clean and there were extra pillows and heavy blankets in the closet just in case we needed them. Everything worked well in the room. The location of the hotel was amazing! We were about a 10/15 min walk from a lot of the major places in Tirana.

The hotel is at the beginning of Blloku, a super cool area in Tirana. We would miss breakfast one day because of an early tour and the staff organized a little breakfast bag with croissants for us which was lovely. The place is simple but beautiful and comfortable and the breakfast is amazing.

She answerd all our questions about Tirana and our further trip. As first-time-visitors in Albanien it was wonderful to learn some vocabulary. It brought a big smile to all the people we met! The cleaning staff and breakfast staff were wonderful. They did a great job and provided excellent food for us. They changed the food everyday for us and provided new options.
