The guy working the front desk when we checked in was very helpful and polite. Our room was very clean and there were extra pillows and heavy blankets in the closet just in case we needed them. Everything worked well in the room. The location of the hotel was amazing! We were about a 10/15 min walk from a lot of the major places in Tirana.

We would miss breakfast one day because of an early tour and the staff organized a little breakfast bag with croissants for us which was lovely. The place is simple but beautiful and comfortable and the breakfast is amazing.

The landlady was wonderful! She answerd all our questions about Tirana and our further trip. As first-time-visitors in Albanien it was wonderful to learn some vocabulary. It brought a big smile to all the people we met! The hotel is beautiful and made with love! Rrofsh!!! ;)
