Everything was amazing, the lady at the reception was very friendly and she show us every facilities that the hotel offer. This 5-star superior hotel overlooks Lake Constance in the Petershausen district of Konstanz. Everything was excellent beyond my expectation. Especially, friendliness of all staffs.

The medieval-themed Mittelalterhotel-Gästehaus Rauchfang is situated in the historic town of Meersburg, just 50 metres from the shores of Lake Constance. Bardzo klimatyczne miejsce. Pokój mały ale przemyślany, dzięki czemu bardzo komfortowy. Wygodne łóżka. Wspaniałe śniadanie. Parking ok 300 m od hotelu ale nie było to kłopotliwe. Świetna lokalizacja. 300 m do promu. W sąsiedztwie dobre restauracje i puby. Nie było to dla nas kłopotliwe ale warto wspomnieć że w budynku nie na windy a schody są wąskie. Pokój i łazienka są małe więc dla niektórych może to być uciążliwe lub nawet niekomfortowe. My jesteśmy jednak zachwyceni miejscem, na pewno wrócimy i polecamy wszystkim którzy szukają czegoś innego niż bezosobowe pokoje hotelowe.

Hotel Vadian Garni is set in 2 separate historic buildings, with the hotel dating back to 1904 and the annex to the 16th century, this 2-star-superior hotel is located in the old centre of Sankt... I stayed in this location two separate times on this trip, once alone and the second time with fellow travelers. It is ideally located in the Aldstadt near the Abbey. I chose the beautiful corner room in the Dependence building for my first stay (there are two corner rooms, the lower floor has more windows if that is a draw for you as it was for me). It was exquisite and worth the extra francs. I especially enjoyed being able to see the city Christmas lights from a 180 degree angle. The room was spacious with comfortable extra seating. There was a nice mini fridge and coffee maker in the room as well. The bed was very relaxing and the bathroom roomy and well equipped. Check in was limited in time from 4-6 but the staff was prompt & courteous. They have two sets of luggage lockers in the check-in building for 2chf (refundable) for early arrivals. Lockers are large enough to accommodate a 23" suitcase with a bit of room to spare. My second stay was also in the Dependence building but I wanted my friends to enjoy the two corner rooms so I chose a smaller one which was still extremely comfortable. (Property photos are very accurate.) We did not partake of the breakfast at the hotel, choosing instead to eat in a Conditerei just around the corner. We were in Switzerland for the Christmas markets; chose St. Gallen as an overnight stop on our journey. I would not go to St. Gallen for its Christmas market, though the Aldstadt had beautifully decorated streets and store windows that were magical and convenient to explore.

Hotel 47° jest położony nad rzeką Seerhein w Konstancji, 15 minut spacerem od Jeziora Bodeńskiego. Very clean, good location, veeery friendly and funny staff!
