We liked the Haus Salzkammergut very much. It's very near to Hallstatt. Our room was spacious and warmly designed. A very tasty breakfast is served by the owner Mark. It's view is wonderful from the breakfast/living room.

Her warmth and eagerness to assist made us feel like a valued guest throughout my entire stay. The view, it was awesome! We are lucky enough to get the top floor! The view from our room was like a masterpiece that changed with the light of each passing day, leaving us breathless. The food at this hotel’s restaurant were simply great! From the breakfast spread that offered an array of delicious options to the exquisite dinners. The overall experience was nothing short of perfection. Every aspect of the hotel's design and service was remarkable. Whether it was the comfortable beds, the amenities, or the seamless check-in and check-out process, it was evident that the staff had put their heart into ensuring a memorable stay. In conclusion, our time at this hotel was an unforgettable adventure. The staff, the mesmerizing view, the exceptional food, and the overall experience exceeded all our expectations. Located in the car-free centre of the World Heritage town of Hallstatt in Upper Austria’s Salzkammergut region, the 4-star superior Seehotel Grüner Baum offers spacious rooms with panoramic views of... this is my 2nd time staying here. first time didnt book the lake view so it was just okay considering the property location and the view of the lake, but this time I FELL IN LOVE with every aspect of it, from the location of the property (no doubt), the helpful and friendly staff, the food of its restaurant, the free shuttle for check in/out to the car parking, the spacious room during our stay (we got free upgrade and just realized during check out), THE VIEW from our balcony was just spectacular. this is what a memorable trip is supposed to be. thanks for making our honeymoon trip blessful.

Renovated in 2015, this hotel in Obertraun on Lake Hallstatt in the Salzkammergut region offers panoramic views of the scenic lake and the Dachstein Massif. We stayed in a room with the lake view. There was lightnings and rain the evening we stayed at the hotel. We watched this view at night and woke up to a sparkling day in the morning and swam in the lake in front of hotel. Our experience with breakfast was wonderful.
