Built in 1574 as a shipmaster’s house, Renaissancehotel Raffelsberger Hof B&B is a protected building in the historic village centre of Weißenkirchen in the Wachau. So lovely hotel, the architecture of the building itself is very interesting and extraordinary. The interior is beautiful and cozy. The room was not very big but for a solo traveller it was a perfect size with all the facilities. The breakfast was nicely served. The staff was very friendly and caring. Definitely value for money. And I would love to stay for longer and obviously I would stay in this splendid place.

The room is large and comfortable. The most amazing feature is its restaurant. The meal we had there is simply the best during our three-week trips around four countries. You also need to try the wine from their own vineyard. People from Vienna come here often just for a meal. Excellent!

It was nicely served and the portion is more than enough 😁 We really enjoyed staying there, and definitely would go back again! ☺️

Located in the pedestrian zone in the Old Town of Melk,at the foot of Melk Abbey, the historic Rathauskeller features a restaurant serving traditional Austrian cuisine. The room was large, clean, and so comfortable. The area is quiet and relaxing. Every staff member was so helpful and assisted me with questions and getting fantastic meals at the restaurant. I highly recommend a stay here.
