Location is frankly perfect, a few minutes from the very centre and from the Hofburg Palace. Staff are truly wonderful and very welcoming. Much of the in room mini bar is included in the price, including 4 bottles of wine a day. Yes, you read that correctly! They actively encourage you to bring the wine to the restaurant or terrace at the front. How wonderfully civilised. Bathrooms are large and well equipped, and everything is spotlessly clean. It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

The Karlsplatz transport hib offering connection to all parts of Vienna is just a 2-minute walk away. Above all expectations!!! Super gentle stuff, amazing people, very helpful, in particular Lucia Mosna, Manuela Djordjevic, Kristina Stanzl, girls from SPA are super nice and professional. After checking out I realised I forgot my Sony headphones, they found them and send them to Italy just in two days. Hope to come back to Sacher hotel soon again and would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. not even for it’s incredible beauty but for attentive and kind staff that make you feel like a princess. You are the best. Thank you so much❤️
