Very good equipped with a lot of extras. Good bed, nice kitchenette and a lovely view on a big terrace.

The Tropicana Motor Inn is situated on Phillip Island, just 300 metres from Cowes Beach and the Esplanade, where you can enjoy a variety of excellent restaurants, cafes and shops. Fantastic smaller Motel, super friendly helpful young man at checkin. Older but super clean with kitchenette, immaculate rooms and grounds here…Definitely pride in ownership taken!!!!

Well located in San Remo and easy drive to the jetty and into Cowes. The whole resort was well lit at night and comfortable to go around. Nominated parking lots are the best.
