Cleythil is located outside Maldegem, a 20-minute drive from historic Bruges and 30 minutes' drive from Ghent and the North Sea beach. The garden offers views of the Drongengoed forests and fields. Lovely, small but high quality hotel with very friendly and helpful staff who make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay. The room was a good size, peaceful (all rooms face away from the nearby road) with a garden/countryside view. The selection at breakfast was astonishing for this size of hotel. For us, it was well located near motorway and Brugge and had plenty of parking, but you'd need a car to get there.

This luxurious family-run hotel in the Patershol District of Ghent offers rooms in 2 historic buildings and benefits from a free heated swimming pool. We had an excellent room with canal view and the location is great. Staff is very nice and we particularly enjoyed the smiling face that met us both mornings at breakfast.

We loved this property because of the historical look and feel of the place. While the rooms were modern and the amenities excellent, the real clincher was the warmth of the hosts, and the excellent home-cooked breakfasts.

What is not to like about this property? The building itself is historic and absolutely charming. The rooms were spacious and clean and efficient. The bathroom was large and updated upstairs with a soaking tub. There was also a bathroom one floor below with a shower. It was nice to have access to two bathrooms for our party of 3. The breakfast was phenomenal in presentation and quality - like a 3-course meal. But the absolute best thing about this property was the charming hosts. They could not have been more accommodating, more delightful, and more helpful. Great convenient parking as well! Easy drive to fabulous Ghent - one of our favorite stops on this trip!

El B&B Allegra Nova está situado en el centro histórico de Gante, a 5 minutos a pie de la iglesia de San Miguel y el pintoresco Graslei, que bordea el río Leie. The apartment was very well located in the center of the city with a supermarket around the corner and the city atractions 5 minutes walking We were a bit skeptical because the payment was in cash but it all went well, the owner was super nice and friendly. The zone was safe and you had buses and trains passing everytime right next to the place.
