This intimate hotel in the center of Tournai combines modern facilities with original features in two historic buildings over 200 years old. Grand Place is 250 metres away from d'Alcantara. Staff was very welcoming and helpful, and tried to go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

The hotel is really beautiful and the decoration is elegant. The room was pleasant, and spacious, the bed comfortable. All staff members from night front desk receptionist to cleaning young lady were quite nice. Breakfast is awesome, a lot a variety : cold meats, cheese, pastries, a chef to cook eggs on demand, etc.. I loved this hotel, it revives the tradition of grand hotels. Far more that what you can expect from an airport hotel. More over the parking is free during your stay, and even for people from outside the hotel during 6 hours.

This hotel is located in a characteristic 18th-century residence less than 15 minutes’ walk from the centre of Mons. St James features free Wi-Fi, a cosy bar and a terrace. Amazing hotel close to centre of the city, clean room and super staff, very gentle. Recommended hotel!
