This hotel was really a surprise. We booked late in the afternoon on the way from one place to another. It was so comfortable! It was immaculately clean and there is a nice restaurant attached as well as a cute gift shop. The items in the gift shop were unexpected and very reasonably priced. I bought a few Christmas gifts here. I would highly recommend this hotel I also want to mention the front desk clerk was as nice and friendly as she could be. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Situato a 200 m dal campanile di Bergues, il Bienvenue Chez Nous dista solo 3 km dal Dunkerque Golf Club e 20 km da Cassel. Questa struttura è davvero meravigliosa, già è molto carina dall'esterno, all'interno è ancora meglio; la nostra camera era davvero molto bella e particolare, arredata e curata nei minimi dettagli, così come il bagno, dotato di tutto quanto necessario. Tutto era pulitissimo, letti comodi, camera silenziosa, Wi-fi ben funzionante, parcheggio gratuito in strada, posizione al centro del paese. La mattina nella graziosa sala per la colazione trovate baguette, formaggi, croissant vari, succhi, tutto fresco e buonissimo. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo.

The staff were welcoming, friendly & went above & beyond. Breakfast was amazing! Great location a beautiful town with lots to do & a fantastic hotel in walking distance of attractions & restaurants.

La colazione è buona, e in linea con le proposte degli hotel a 4 stelle, Ma ultimamente diversi hotel propongono una colazione con un numero più limitato di prodotti, ma almeno alimenti certificati biologici. Sono sicuro che questo servizio porterebbe degli ulteriori ottimi per l'hotel, e sarebbe un altro servizio da inserire nella sua promozione.

Apartment was lovely, much better than I expected from the photos. It was spacious and clean. Karin and her husband were very accommodating and quick to communicate. The location itself is right in the centre of Ieper, a beautiful charming town.
