I loved that the manager Nikolas went above and beyond to help us with a severe travel challenge we had from our previous tour. His kindness, care and attention were well above and beyond. Exceptional. He then took time helping us find a fondue restaurant.

The property is located very centrally with easy access to trams that are connected well to the main station and popular tourist sites. Though centrally located and on the main road it’s still a very quiet area. They had also sent very precise directions to us to reach the hotel on arrival from the airport. It’s definitely value for money. The front desk lady was very helpful and guided us whenever required with a smile.

The Wettstein hotel is located in a central residential quarter of Basel, 200 metres from the Rhine river, and offers you garage parking, free Wi-Fi and a free internet station. It's one of my best experiences! The location is perfect. Car parking is convenient and just in the hotel. The room was cozy and clean, and everything that could be needed was in the room. The coffee was good. I love this stay.

I loved the vibe of the place - the bathroom feels like a little jungle. Good kitchen, lovely room with big windows and comfortable beds, washing machine, free public transport in Basel. I loved the people I met here. All in all a good stay.

Hotel Schweizerhof enjoys a preferred location in the centre of Basel, next to the SBB train station and is easily accessible by car and public transport. Local phone calls are free. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room is clean, and the soft drinks are great. The hot drinks inside the room and the milk were perfect. The location is very close to the main Basel SBB station which makes it very easy to go anywhere.
