We arrived early, and the room was ready. They probably gave us an upgrade. The room was super neat and super clean. The owner and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is close to Interlaken West train station, platform 1, section A, yet it is quiet—just around 3 minutes' walk. Breakfast has enough variety.
