The cleanliness and organization were impeccable, and the staff was incredibly polite and attentive. Every detail was well taken care of, making my stay truly enjoyable. It was worth every penny! A fantastic experience—I would definitely stay here again!

Located 800 metres from the Lugano Exhibition Centre and 1 km from the lake, Hotel City Lugano is a modern, non-smoking building with stylish and air-conditioned rooms. We were highly inspired to see how Katia has served the visitors at the breakfast, asking for coffee, smiling, greeting and she knew where we come from and at which room we stay.
