The property is very convenient thanks to the bus stop being 2 mins away and the bus running every 15 mins to lugano central and the station. The property was very quaint and the rooms well decorated. You have everything you need. Kristina was so warm and lovely and gave us great recommendations. Everything had a personal touch. The breakfast was really good. She even offered us croissants and tea on the day we dint take breakfast. Will definitely recommend this to everyone.

Nice place, friendly professional staff, very practical placement. Just walk from train station. This hotel was absolutely stunning, the outdoor and indoor pools were beautiful along with the Spa facilities. The breakfast was wonderful and there were so many options to choose from. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely advise to get a room with the lake view, it was wonderful.
