Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. Staying here was truly a memorable experience, made even better by the outstanding staff who went above and beyond to accommodate us. I was in Lucerne to compete in the Swiss City Marathon, and they graciously prepared an early breakfast to fit my race schedule. Edith at reception was incredibly thoughtful, taking time to calm my nerves and ensuring I had everything I needed for the big day. It was the kind of personal touch that’s rare to find and so appreciated. The hotel’s onsite restaurant and Bistro were constantly buzzing with patrons, a clear indication of their popularity. Although we didn’t get a chance to dine in this time, we’ll definitely be trying them on our next visit. With service and atmosphere this exceptional, we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else in Lucerne!

The HERMITAGE Lake Lucerne - Beach Club & Lifestyle Hotel is tranquilly situated within its own grounds on the shores of Lake Lucerne, only 4 km away from the city centre with beautiful views of the... Super nice staff, and the room is cozy, big and well facilitated. Also the view is gorgeous!!

The Lubo - self check-in is located in the center of the city of Lucerne in the historic old town and only a 10-minute walk from Lucerne main station and just 200 metres from the shores of Lake... Everything was great. It was nice to have laundry and drying facilities. It was more convenient than expected to control the opening and closing of the door with the app.

Located 1 km away from Lucerne, Gasthaus zur Waldegg features 1 restaurant offering traditional Swiss and international cuisine and a beer garden overlooking Mount Pilatus. Friendly and helpful staff, wonderful food at restaurant and very delicious breakfast. Easy commute to city centre on bus, bus stop is very close by. Clean, well kept rooms and great views of mountains. Comfortable beds and blankets. Good air con if required.

Opened in early 2013 after a complete renovation, Hotel Lux in Emmenbrücke is just 6 km from Lucerne. It offers free WiFi and free parking. Very good located, to take transport to train station. And reception staff very helpfull. And breakfast was also good.

The Hotel Muenzgasse Luzern is located in the Old Town, 600 metres from the the Lucerne Train Station and Lake Lucerne and features city and river view rooms. Free Wi-Fi is available. I really love the self check in system, super location, nice to walk around the channel, room is clean

The Seehof du Lac is situated in the centre of Weggis and only 25 km from Luzern, on one of the loveliest spots on Lake Lucerne. Guests can enjoy a large lakeside lounge with direct lake access. Everything was perfect. Location, breakfast, hospitality, view and the room with the lake view.
