Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. Beautiful locations with perfect scenery, the hotel was very pretty with an amazing pool with mountain views. Our room was spacious and comfortable . We really appreciate LIAN who was very kind and helpful throughout our stay and even at the end. She is very professional and makes sure the guests are comfortable during the stay. Opened in early 2013 after a complete renovation, Hotel Lux in Emmenbrücke is just 6 km from Lucerne. It offers free WiFi and free parking. Very good located, to take transport to train station. And reception staff very helpfull. And breakfast was also good.
