Her bor du 4 minutters gange fra Lugano jernbanestasjon. great and variety kind of food in the breakfast , clean room, the non-alcohol drinks in the room are complement, next to the funicular (1.3 CHF/way free when I use Swiss pass or Ticino pass )from the train station, friendly staff give me a bottle of water when check out .

We liked almost everything about this hotel. Right from check in everything was perfect. They had everything ready for us, so check in happened really fast. The staff were friendly and very helpful during the whole stay, with any questions we had. The room was quiet large, modern, comfortable and clean. The bed were a little too soft for our liking, but that is up to personal taste. Excellent breakfast selection. The location was great, within 5mins walk you were standing on Piazza Grande. They also have parking, right in front of the hotel. We can only recommend this place!

Piccolo Hotel enjoys a quiet location, an 8-minute walk from the Locarno Train Station and the centre of the city. Frokosten var god og vi kunne forsyne oss med frukt, men skulle vi ha egg kostet det ekstra. Kaffen var dessverre alltid bare lunken. Syltetøyet var godt og personalet var hyggelig. Ticino Feriekort som man får via hotellet gir gratis transport med tog, lokalbuss og postbuss så man kan dra på utflukter uten å tenke på feriebudsjettet, dette gjelder flere steder i Sveits.

Villa Principe Leopoldo can be found amid a large park above Lugano, offering panoramic views of Lake Lugano and the mountains, and featuring leisure, sport and wellness facilities, as well as... We absolutely loved our stay! Gorgeous views, wonderful staff, and the food was amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were large. We had a wonderful time.

Guesthouse Castagnola ligger i Lugano, bare 3,5 kilometer fra Lugano jernbanestasjon og 11 kilometer fra Swissminiatur. Cozy accommodation and exceptional host. Kristina went above and beyond for us to have a great stay. She accommodated for my husband's allergies, upgraded our room to a suite and helped us plan trips and activities. Really enjoyed being her guests.

Best hotel in Lugano! Excellent breakfast. Beautiful view. Pool and lake fantastic. Nice staff. Great location close to funicular ride to Monte Bre, ferry to Gandria, Paradiso and other places by the Lugano Lake, the beautiful Parco Ciani and Lugano Centro with a lot of excellent restaurants, shopping and cafe's. You can easily walk. If you prefer to take the bus its for free (Ticino Pass from the hotel) and taxi is not expensive in my opinion.

The Hotel&Hostel Montarina occupies a historic Villa built around 1860, only 200 metres from the Lugano train station. Location is excellent - near station. Beautiful old villa.

The family-run Continental Parkhotel is located 200 metres south of the main railway station of Lugano, where the funicular leaves regularly for the city centre. Everything is more than perfect, it’s by far more than a 3 star hotel.
