In a quiet location in the car-free village of Zermatt, Hotel Capricorn offers magnificent views of the Matterhorn, free in-room WiFi. the rooms were ordinary but wellness / spa area is one of the best and updated for this level of fare. The the outside water pool with the Matterhorn view is outstanding! Breakfast was rather generous and fair. You can also choose from a variety of cheese - Swiss & Italian. The home eggs were very big and outstanding from the taste point of view

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. We visited 9 hotels in our vacation trip to Switzerland, this one was the best by far! Great room, view, facilities, spa, the best food at the Hornox restaurant. Great staff, very helpful

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. I like most the hotel personnel because they helped me in my concerns. That's what I appreciate the most.

In a quiet location of Zermatt, Hotel Romantica offers a garden, free WiFi, and rooms with flat-screen cable TV. The staff were above and beyond amazing and kind, not only showing me nice restaurants in the area but pointing me to a short hike to view the Matterhorn before I even checked in because they knew the clouds were coming in, and so much more. I cannot recommed this place enough, if you are planning to stay in Zermatt please give Hotel Romantica a chance you will notregret it.

Hotelul Ambiance Superior din Zermatt a fost renovat complet în iunie 2014 şi oferă cazare cu acces gratuit la internet WiFi. Hotel Ambiance makes you feel you are home, or even better.. makes you feel you are staying at your very close friend’s place or family members’s. Everything is in place.. super clean and organized, amazing breakfast… also for whiskey lovers they have a very interesting whiskey bar/collection. It’s very close to everything, including the one of the 2 main lifts. At the end I have to say thank you to Alain and Stephanie who own and manage the property and also Katharina who would help you out almost with everything I would definitely go back and would recommend it to everyone .

The small Hotel Sarazena is located next to the train station in Zermatt and features a sauna. Rooms have an en-suite bathroom, cable TV and free WiFi internet access. Location couldn't be better for connections by train to other destinations. Room was comfortable. Breakfast had a good choice

The ski-in Alpenlodge Superior is located on a sunny slope on the edge of Zermatt, offering panoramic views of the Matterhorn and free access to the wellness area. First and foremost, the room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. But what truly took my breath away was the breathtaking view of the Matterhorn from my window. The sight of that iconic mountain in all its glory was something I will never forget. The breakfast at the hotel was beyond superb. There was an extensive spread of delicious options to choose from, the quality and freshness of the food were outstanding, and it was the perfect way to start each day of my stay. What made my stay even more special was the incredible all-female staff at the hotel (esp. Natalia). They were not only professional but also incredibly helpful and kind. T One standout feature that pleasantly surprised me was the hotel's offer of complimentary taxi service for guests staying more than two nights. This thoughtful gesture made my arrival and departure hassle-free and convenient.

This stylish 4-star hotel lies in the centre of Zermatt. It offers newly renovated rooms, a spacious reception and lounge, a hotel bar with a sophisticated lobby, a unique breakfast room with winter... The balcony and view from it were exceptional! The room itself was also really beautiful. We would highly recommend it to family and friends.
