Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. We loved our stay at the Hotel Balm. The property is very well maintained and the hosts were welcoming and kind; our room was spacious, clean and so very comfortable. The outdoor swimming pool with an amazing view was a bonus. The bus 24 stops right outside the hotel so there's no stress about reaching the hotel. The breakfast service was quick; and we enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Hotel's restaurant la Pistache. Thanks to Hotel Balm for making our stay memorable.

Found the toiletries lovely. The building is charming and the rooms airy and comfortable. Staff were friendly accommodating..The bar is a fun place and bartender very welcoming.

Where do I begin?? 🥰🧿 The two partners - Connie & Gosia are the most warm, beautiful, charming and generous hostesses. The hotel itself is so special with spacious bedrooms with some having gorgeous lake side views. I highly recommend staying in-house for dinner to enjoy Chef Gosia’s DIVINE 3-course meal. She made a special vegetarian meal for us which is the BEST vegetarian food we’ve had in Switzerland. Chef Gosia also made special arrangements for our breakfast which was all so beautifully presented. Roger who works in the restaurant was so kind and professional as was the lovely young lady who took care of us as breakfast. Thank you so much for the most incredible stay - we will return for a longer stay in the summer 🙏🏽♥️

The Lubo - self check-in is located in the center of the city of Lucerne in the historic old town and only a 10-minute walk from Lucerne main station and just 200 metres from the shores of Lake... It was very comfortable and easy stay with smiling staff. Thank you for great hospitality.

Château Gütsch is set in a 19th-century castle, overlooking the town of Lucerne and Lake Lucerne, with views to the Rigi Mountain. The interior was renovated and designed by Martyn Lawrence Bullard. Beautiful location. Delicious food. Spacious room.

Right on the shore of Lake Lucerne, Hotel Seerausch in Beckenried offers panoramic lake and mountain views, a lakeside bar, and free WiFi. Everything! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. A lift to get up, easy parking, room was beautiful and clean, we even got an upgrade! Beautiful restaurant downstairs and free breakfast! Could not fault this place whatsoever. Fantastic for the price!
