The receptionist who assisted us with the check in was very nice and friendly. The staff assigned in the breakfast area were also very warm and accommodating. The room had a modern and sleek design. The bathroom was spacious. Cleaning was done daily.

Alma Hotel enjoys a quiet location in a 19th-century building just 100 metres from Lake Zurich and near several tram and bus stops. Helpful staff and welcoming. I’d pass our high appreciation to the receptionist, who assisted us in getting bus tickets and directions to the city. She facilitated our program and added value to our overall stay experience. Set in a historic building from the 14th century, Boutique Hotel Helmhaus enjoys a central location close to the Grossmünster and Lake Zürich. Very central location. The staff were amazing and recommended a number of local restaurants and made bookings for us.

The Small Luxury Hotel Ambassador can be found next to Zurich's opera house and to Lake Zurich, right in the heart of the city. WiFi is available in the entire property free of charge. I stayed in a roomy, sun lit room on the 5th floor. Good selection of pillows to choose from. Impeccably clean. The Front Desk staff are very helpful. Sebastian in particular was very nice.

I loved everything about this place. It’s very clean and made with a style. It’s very cozy as well and feels like home. You have everything needed and the host is very friendly and helpful. Totally recommend!
