The hotel is transitioning to new ownership and we had booked a superior room but were upgraded to the Presidential Suite. Much to our absolute delight and amazement. We had a fantastic stay, thank you.

Due to airline flight reschedule, we arrived later than expected -- this was not an issue, as my reservation was still in place. Our room was very large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was outstanding, with so many choices of what to eat as well as healthy eating choices. And when I asked for "cream" for my tea, I was given the real thing, not whole milk or half-and-half -- and they remembered this every subsequent morning!!! Such a wonderful consideration! The Manager came to our (Raquel) table, introduced herself and was always present as we were coming and going for our visits with our friends. The cleaning staff was a great help, especially with the repositioning of the shower head and how to reset the thermostat. This was also followed up almost immediately from what we assumed to be the floor manager to be certain that we were comfortable. My friend and I are "mobility impaired" and it was a very, very pleasant surprise to have such close personal attention paid to our needs., even at checkout. We have never had such positive personal attention paid to us at any hotel we have stayed in the past 15+ years. And the price quoted was the actual cost for our stay -- AMAZING! Just 50 metres from Llanquihue Lake, this charming Alpine-style frame house has rooms with free WiFi access. Guests can enjoy free private parking on site, subject to availability. Breakfast was simple but offered several options. Everything served was of excellent quality. Staff serving breakfast was extremely polite. Hotel staff, in general, was helpful and very polite.

Exceptionally pleasant modern decor. Receptionist was especially helpful with finding me a cc airport transfer and early box breakfast. Good restaurant service and menu. Very peaceful and pleasant dining room. My room modern and comfortable.
