This was one of the best hotels we stayed in Chile during our 2-week trip. The location could be a little strange in the night time outside, but absolutely safe inside. The room was great in terms of size, cleanliness and the amenities provided. The bathroom is very spacious. The design inside of the hotel and in the rooms is very special. the roof top restaurant was very good including the choice of food and drinks. The wine was great and the signature drinks were just amazing. The staff at the front desk and in the roof top restaurant were all great! The transport to the airport early in the morning was also with very fair prices compared to other 5* hotels in Santiago. All in all we definitely would choose it again for our next stay in Santiago.

Stylish décor and a French-inspired courtyard can be enjoyed in this boutique hotel situated in upscale Providencia. Massage sessions can be booked and complimentary snacks are offered. It’s a very welcoming, silent and calm place to be. When you arrive from the street you can find peace and a warm environment. The staff was amazing, helped us anytime we needed assistance and they were always there to talk and have a laugh as well. The night coffee it’s definitely something to exalt about these hotel, we enjoyed every single night and we already miss it :)
