The staff were very warm, welcoming and thoughtful, gave us tonnes of tips on how to best enjoy the yellow mountains and even a massage gun after we came down! Amenities were very plentiful - they offer everything you could possibly want from a hotel. The room was very comfortable and modern with voice controlled curtains and a very fancy bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. They also offer free rain ponchos and walking sticks to help with the hike.
