It is ideally located within the historic center, two blocks from the church and main park, close to restaurants, craft shops, art galleries and emblematic places. What a beautiful property. Everything was amazing. The hotel is just perfect. My room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was warm and friendly, and always ready to help with whatever i needed. The location was great, just two blocks away from the main square. Breakfast was the same as most Colombian places, but very well prepared. Wifi worked great all the time. The property has a very stately and historic feel to it. The pool was great for cooling down after hiking the camino real. I met the owner as i was leaving and he took the time to say hello, chat for a while and give me some history of the hotel.

It is located across from the church and the church bell tower. Only a very short walk to the town plaza and restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful - even providing walking sticks which you just might need as the town itself is situated on many up and down hills. But those hills will afford you a very beautiful view of this extremely charming town. Be sure to visit the Posada's roof top viewing deck for a sunset view with the church bells ringing!
