The breakfast was great. Our plane arrived several hours late at 1:30am and they were still waiting for us. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful.

Solid breakfast included with fresh fruit, special made omelets, etc Our kid had birthday and the staff was so nice they had made a cake 🎂 which was a compliment from the house.

The restaurant attached to the hotel was also exceptional. We would definitely stay here again!

Located in the centre of San José, Fleur de Lys offers individually decorated rooms set in a Victorian mansion. It features an attractive terrace, gardens and a restaurant. What an incredibly beautiful boutique hotel! Very close to Jade Museum, National Museum and parks a short walk (10+ minutes) to theatre and Gold Museum, markets. Lovely restaurants close by. Exceptional kindness from the front desk staff.

Hotel Palma Real is set in San José, 400 metres from La Sabana Park, home to the Costa Rica National Stadium. The hotel offers a gym, free Wi-Fi and free parking. Great place, very helpful staff. I returned to Palma Real another 2 times during my trip. It was a cozy safe heaven.
