Staff was super friendly and helpful. Super nice and clean room with two balconies, very close to the metro, cafés, bars and restaurants. Perfectly decorated and furnished, comfortable bed, even earplugs were provided.

This Nordic Swan ecolabeled hotel in central Hamburg features a 24-hour reception, free WiFi and a gym. It is located 200 metres from Gänsemarkt Underground Station.
