Located in Copenhagen’s famous Tivoli Gardens, this stylish boutique hotel is housed in an impressive Moorish-style building. Everything about it. It's was a fun place with happy people who were smiling all the time and keen to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Of course the theme park that was just outside your hotel door was the highlight of the stay.

This boutique hotel is located on Hellerup’s main street, Strandvejen, 10 minutes’ drive North of Copenhagen city centre. It offers on-site dining, a fitness center and free WiFi. I was not there myself, but booked it for my boss and only heard good things.

Opened in 2014, this central Copenhagen hotel is 450 metres from the Amalienborg Castle. It offers individually designed rooms and free Wi-Fi access. Location was fantastic for a morning run to see the little mermaid, kings residence, Amaliehaven and the harbour.

Situated next to Copenhagen’s Bella Center, this hotel features distinctive and modern architecture. Its soundproofed rooms have flat-screen TVs, tea/coffee makers and floor-to-ceiling windows. We chose this hotel as it was good value for Copenhagen and very close to the airport. We booked a queen room and, on checking in, were lucky enough to be upgraded to a room with a city view (which was, in my opinion, a little underwhelming-the view that is). We enjoyed a very comfortable, good size room complete with comfy mattress and doona. Loved the block out curtains and we were able to sleep in well because of this. We didn't initially bother booking breakfast due to the cost. However, after finding how expensive it is to eat out in Copenhagen, we opted for breakfast for 1 of our mornings. (We are light eaters so the buffet meant we didn't need to eat for the rest of the day). The location is opposite exhibition halls and is out of the centre of the town. However, we bought a 4 day transport ticket and the metro into town is only about 10 mins. While this is a large hotel, the rooms are very quiet.

Situated in central Copenhagen, ProfilHotels Richmond offers free Wi-Fi and modern rooms with flat-screen TV. It was exceptional, great location, room facilities, clean , staff were super efficient and professional. Location excellent and close by to central station and other areas. Breakfast super delicious and with alternative food and drinks
