Great breakfast and conversation with the host in the mornings. Comfortable and quiet accommodations. Excellent location with ample free parking nearby, food market, restaurant, and wine store. Looking forward to our next stay!

Carcassonne Guesthouse is a B&B located in Carcassonne. The property is situated on the river Aude and features a shared terrace with views of the castle. Set within 29 km of Peak of Bugarach and 46 km of Termes Chateau in Espéraza, La Maison de la Riviere B&B features accommodation with free WiFi and seating area. We loved our stay at La Maison. Our room and the common areas were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The host was gracious and thoughtful. The breakfast was the best we’ve had in France. Also, there was parking for our bicycles.

The breakfast was superb: fresh breads, coffee, delicious cheese, yogurt and fruit. It was served as if you were a long awaited guest in someone’s home. What a romantic setting! One of the high points of our trip.

Great little apartment within an apartment. Super well organized and clean. Comfortable and at fair price. Kitchen area is shared with owner and other guests. Good breakfast.

Maison Orsini B&B is located just outside the historic city of Avignon and offers views over the Papal Palace, Avignon-Villeneuve and St André Fort. The hotel has a beautiful garden with a terrace overlooking the Rhone and Avignon where you can have breakfast. We had a comfortable cottage very nicely decorated. The main house is a 14th century building where breakfast is served.

Another hidden gem that you would not see until you go through the gate! Loved the decor; many pieces of art; individually decorated rooms. Beautiful garden where we could relax. Staff were super helpful. Elodie made us dinner reservations at a wonderful French restaurant that we would never have found on our own. Location was perfect, with an easy walk to the center of Narbonne. First place on our trip where we got daily room service! The pool was an extra bonus because the weather was so hot. Air conditioning in our room was awesome.
