Offering a free shuttle service to Disneyland Paris, Dream Castle Hotel Marne La Vallee is surrounded by a lake and gardens and its facilities include an indoor pool, and a Spa. Atmosphere and staff! Amazing staff - staff are so polite and friendly, interact with guests and very personable! I did notice some guests were quite difficult and rude at times to the bar staff and one guest asked for a manager, which was unfair as the guests were unreasonable! I just want to let you know I travelled with my husband and child and what makes the experience was how amazing your staff are, you truly have a great team of staff! 10 stars for customer service and hospitality!

More space than we were expecting which was fantastic. Easy transfers to Disney and train stations. Shop on site for food and extras was also really helpful

We stayed here while visiting Disneyland. Room was very big and bright, everything was clean and the breakfast was nice. You have free shuttle bus to Disneyland every half hour. Staff was pleasant, friendly and ready to help at all times.

We had a small kitchen that includes everything for a small meal or breakfast preporation.

Excellent location ! Room was spacious for family of 3. Very clean, housekeeping staff were very friendly. Shuttle bus to Disneyland was efficient & convenient. Mall located opposite hotel was very useful during our stay. Staff were great & very polite. Definitely highly recommended & value for money
