Amazing staff - staff are so polite and friendly, interact with guests and very personable! I did notice some guests were quite difficult and rude at times to the bar staff and one guest asked for a manager, which was unfair as the guests were unreasonable! I just want to let you know I travelled with my husband and child and what makes the experience was how amazing your staff are, you truly have a great team of staff! 10 stars for customer service and hospitality!

We stayed here while visiting Disneyland. Room was very big and bright, everything was clean and the breakfast was nice. You have free shuttle bus to Disneyland every half hour. Staff was pleasant, friendly and ready to help at all times.

The L’Elysée Val D’Europe hotel is located just a few minutes from the Val D’Europe shopping centre and Sea Life Acquarium, and Disneyland Paris is 2 km away. It offers free Wi-Fi internet access. Excellent location ! Room was spacious for family of 3. Very clean, housekeeping staff were very friendly. Shuttle bus to Disneyland was efficient & convenient. Mall located opposite hotel was very useful during our stay. Staff were great & very polite. Definitely highly recommended & value for money
