The property is immaculate and charming, decorated with taste and attention to detail. The hosts were also very welcoming to us as much as to our dog who immediately felt at home. Lots of space directly behind the property to walk in the countryside. Large and comfortable room with huge bed to climb into. My husband is 6‘7‘‘ so that was a great surprise. We had supper and breakfast there: excellent home cooking. We will come back.

Fabulous old 17thC apartment in great location in old Lyon. Very spacious and extremely tastefully decorated. Great host/owner who was very helpful.

My ultimate favorite thing was when I arrived, the owners brought a beautiful dinner (I preordered) of fresh salad, a variety of local cheeses, fresh bread, and a lovely local wine...I paid extra for these things and it was worth it and good value. My favortie part of this sweet old farmhouse was sitting next to a bed of lavender at sunset while eating the dinner The breakfast in the morning had a large variety of local treats - cheeses, yogurts, fruits jams, fresh baked breads, nut spreads, juices, lots of coffee - it was all very impressive and comforting to say the least! The couple that own the property are lovely and inviting people. They are wonderful hosts!

I learned a lot about the area, and they dealt with my food allergies very kindly! They even made me a fire. And there is a cuddly cat and sweet dog. A terrific village restaurant is close by.

Located in the Old Lyon, Le Jardin de Beauvoir is a B&B set in a typical 19th-century house, just 250 metres from the Roman Theatre. It is surrounded by a flowered garden with orchard. beautiful garden.lovely spacious rooms.

The staff was super friendly and gave good advice. We had an awesome massage and a marvelous breakfast on the terrasse. And it is not far from the old town.

La Ferme de Cupelin is located on the "heights of Saint Gervais les Bains" at 5 min drive from the ski resort. Very nice proprietor, helped us with a broken down motorcycle by making the connection with a neighboring chalet and two friendly Dutchmen who towed the bike to our chalet. The proprietor cooks every night and invites all his guests for dinner on the terrace - met some nice people that way. The chalet sits away from the road in a nice meadow surrounded by trees. We enjoyed relaxing under the trees, having breakfast on the terrace and especially the cool mountain air and the absolute stillness.
