This hotel is in an excellent location for a vacation in the Scottish borders, right on the main road of Melrose. The staff was excellent. They were very nice and helpful. The dinner and breakfast were delicious and in a peaceful environment. Highly recommend.

Set in 25 acres of mature grounds, the Barony Castle Hotel is an impressive castle has a stylish award winning restaurant and modern leisure centre. Nice hotel in country side with nice room. The staff is great and helpful and special thanks for Sophia. Recommend to have the suite since the normal room are small.
