Beautiful bedroom - spacious, light and comfortable. Very good menu for dinner and breakfast - enjoyed the food. Friendly and helpful staff both front of house and in dining room.

Set in St Boswells, this award-winning country Inn dates back to 1836. Breakfast menu was fantastic. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room and en-suite was lovely. Garden was beautiful.

The Borders bus can be caught just outside the door and the train station in Tweedbank is just a short taxi ride (we were lucky to get a ride from a local who was also on the train). We enjoyed everything about our four days in Melrose.

Everything was great. The breakfast was the best we had in Scotland - and I'm not just saying that! This is a fabulous clean and bright establishment in a great location with staff who just want to delight their customers.
