Had bar and hot tub! Room and en suite were ultra clean, as were all the public areas. Owners and staff were very welcoming and were helpful with our queries and owner even gave us a lift to a pub in Lynton! We stay here every time we are in Lynmouth 😊. The view was excellent/ awesome, from the room as it's by the River Dart. Enjoyed walking by the river .The facilities in the room were excellent too

Dartmouthi linnas asuv The Dartmouth Boutique B&B on vähem kui 1,6 km kaugusel Dart'i jõe kaldast. Hotell asub Lõuna-Devoni piirkonnas, kus on suurepärane looduskaunistus. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent and well presented. Neil the host was very informative, professional and friendly. Some reviews remark about the steep hill to return to the b and b but that didn’t bother us at all as we enjoyed the walk. There are taxis and buses if needed. There is lots to see and do in Dartmouth so will definitely return and stay at the Dartmouth Boutique again! Thank you Neil! See you soon!

Service and food were excellent. The residents lounge and dining room were beautifully furnished- like stepping back into a genteel Victorian era. The Countisbury room was excellent.

We recently had the pleasure of staying for three days at a stunning Victorian-style Rockvale House bed and breakfast, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the kind and generous owners made us feel completely at home, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The house itself is a beautiful example of Victorian architecture, with cozy, impeccably clean rooms adorned with great furniture that enhances the historic charm. The hot showers were a comforting end to our chilly evening walks in the scenic neighborhood. Breakfast each morning was a delightful affair with a variety of delicious options, perfectly starting our day. The views from the property are undoubtedly the best in town, offering a picturesque setting that is both tranquil and inspiring. The location is superb, with the unique addition of an old-style cinema just 50 meters away. We enjoyed a lovely evening watching a movie with locals, which added a special touch to our experience. The area around the property offers great walks, ideal for exploring the local beauty and serene landscape. This place not only provided a wonderful stay but also left us with beautiful memories. We are already planning our return to what we consider the best place we've stayed in. Highly recommend for an authentic and exceptionally comfortable getaway!

Laston House asub Ilfracombe sadama kohal mäel keset 2 hektari suurust metsamaad. The property was well maintained and the breakfasts were lively. They had GF bread, without having prior notice. good views and convenient walk to everything
