The bed and breakfast itself and the owner was Absolutely amazing. She was Extremely accommodating, very friendly from the get go, communication was outstanding. The Owner went above and beyond for us. Absolutely recommend staying here.

Þetta litla fjölskyldurekna hótel er staðsett í fallegri sveit í hinni stórfenglegu skosku sveit, mitt á milli Lockerbie og Gretna Green, rétt hjá A74(M). Great little hotel, had a very convenient and comfortable stopover travelling from Scotland: easy access from/to motorway, plenty of parking space, comfortable room, topping it all with the delicious full scottish breakfast. Special thanks to very friendly and helpful staff. Great Wi-Fi too :-)

Rivendell is a striking Arts and Crafts mansion, set just 15 minutes' walk from the town centre of Dumfries and its railway station. It features rooms with antique furnishings and free WiFi. Breakfast, host and facilities excellent

Buccleuch and Queensberry Arms Hotel er til húsa í hefðbundinni byggingu frá Georgstímabilinu í Thornhill og býður upp á þægileg gistirými í 25 mínútna akstursfjarlægð frá Dumfries. We had a great room, were greeted by super friendly, helpful staff and were really more than surprised by the exceptionally excellent food in the restaurant. We enjoyed it very much and are glad to have found this gem.
